I met Philasande during Jenn classes back in 2024 when I was doing matric , he is such good speaker that uses language and communicates properly with other people , also very dedicated into his work as I’ve seen this when we were attending school together ,what I’d recommend is that he must always be kind and patience with learners ,create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued ,heard and seen ,also have a variety of teaching strategies on his English lessons to accommodate everyone in the classroom cause learners are different
