About Claudio
I have traveled extensively and worked with Spanish at multiple levels. I teach conversational, professional, and official Spanish, with a strong focus on accent improvement and everyday, real-life vocabulary. I speak fluently and understand the key differences between Argentinian, Colombian, Chilean, and European Spanish, helping students speak naturally and correctly in daily situations.

I am not a native speaker, but I speak Spanish fluently.
Because I learned the language myself from zero to advanced level, I have strong empathy and patience for students at any stage — especially beginners, but also those aiming for advanced fluency. I understand the difficulties, blocks, and frustrations, because I have been there myself.
I lived 5 years in South America and understand all major accents: Argentinian, Chilean, Colombian, Mexican.
I also lived 4 years in Spain.
For the past 1 year, I have been working as an official Spanish–Portuguese interpreter into English, collaborating with Lingua, providing on-site and over-the-phone interpreting for:
• General Practitioners (GPs)
• Police
• International Protection services
• Human trafficking cases
• Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital
• Other official Irish state-related services
