About Covadonga

My name is Cova, I am a book, travel, and culture geek, and for me languages are what connect all of them. I studied Spanish Language and Literature at university because I’m passionate about languages, and Psychology because I’m fascinated by people and how we learn, think, and communicate.

I’ve taught Spanish to immigrants on several occasions, which has been one of the most meaningful experiences for me, and now that I’m living in another country myself, teaching Spanish feels like a natural way to keep connecting cultures and people across borders.

In my lessons, I bring that same curiosity and passion: language is not just grammar, but a bridge between stories, experiences, and ways of seeing the world. I enjoy creating a relaxed space where learning feels natural and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My lessons are 60 minutes long and fully adapted to each student’s pace, goals, and interests. We can focus on conversation, professional Spanish, writing skills, or a combination of all of them, depending on what you need.

I like to use complementary materials such as books, films, and podcasts related to the student’s interests, making the learning process more engaging and enjoyable.

If the student is interested, we can also explore Spanish and/or Latin American literature and culture to deepen their understanding of the language in context.

My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students can learn effectively while also enjoying the process.
