After 13 years of experience and working with 240 students, I have gained a deep appreciation for the nuance of language. My teaching draws on my background as a native Spanish speaker and my music degree from Melbourne Uni to help students explore Latin American and Castilian variants. Grammar and vocabulary building are central to the work I do with exam prep, teens, and intermediate learners.
I enjoy the way verb conjugation serves as a skeleton for building sentences that allow for conversational fluency. My focus remains on clear reading comprehension and active listening practice to help students understand the rhythms of the language.
