About Paula

Hi! I’m Paula, a qualified teacher from Spain currently living in Cork.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have 5 years of experience teaching in schools and 3 years of experience giving private Spanish lessons and grinds.

I love helping students feel confident and comfortable speaking Spanish. My lessons are always personalized to your level and goals, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for the Junior or Leaving Certificate, or simply want to improve your conversational Spanish.

I love having conversations about all kinds of topics, so my lessons are a great opportunity to practice real, natural Spanish while discussing things you are genuinely interested in. I also use a friendly and practical approach, combining conversation with grammar, vocabulary, listening and real-life situations.

I offer online and in-person lessons in Cork, mainly in the afternoons and evenings.

¡Hola! My name is Paula and I am a qualified teacher from Spain currently based in Cork.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from the University of Granada and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have 5 years of experience teaching in schools and 3 years of experience providing private Spanish lessons and grinds to students of different ages and levels.

I offer personalized Spanish lessons for:

Beginners and students who want to learn Spanish from scratch
Primary and secondary school students
Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert Spanish
️ Adults who want to improve their conversational Spanish

My lessons are adapted to each student's level, goals and learning style. I like to make lessons practical, engaging and enjoyable, while making sure students build a strong understanding of the language.

I am available for online lessons and in-person lessons in Cork, mainly in the afternoons and evenings.
