About Elena
I have been a teacher for many years, and the last few years I have been tutoring kids from all ages, from 8 year old to high school students, in different subjects.
I was born in Peru and I had the chance to spend the last two years there, after many years of living in Florida. While I was in Lima I conducted tours for people from all over the world and this made me realize how much I love teaching. Meeting my former students and hearing about their accomplishments is one of my biggest rewards.
I also embroider and knit and have been teaching these two skills during the quarantine.

The students will find a teacher that is willing to help them not only with their homework but to master the language, through practice of pronunciation and understanding of reading. The lesson will be hands on, we will speak only in Spanish, and my goal is that the student will like the language, and enjoy the class as much as I do.
I will develop imaginary scenarios to create situations where new words are introduced
