I am a personal trainer with more than 5 years of experience, a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a master's degree in Physical Education. My mission is to help you reach your goals in a safe, effective and personalized way. Each training plan I design is based on your specific needs, whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve your performance or just feel better.

Techniques and Methodology
My approach combines strength, endurance, mobility and functional conditioning techniques. After an initial assessment, I design an individualized program that evolves with you, ensuring steady progress and avoiding plateaus. I focus on the correct execution of the exercises to maximize results and prevent injuries.

Training Duration
Standard sessions last 60 minutes, allowing for a proper warm-up, core work and final stretching. If needed, I can also adapt the duration and intensity to your pace of life.

Qualifications and Experience
I have over 7 years of experience training people of all levels, from beginners to athletes. My academic background and commitment to continuous updating allow me to offer safe and science-based workouts, guaranteeing real results.

I am a qualified personal trainer in Spain with more than 5 years of experience, a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a master's degree in Physical Education. My approach is based on total personalization of workouts, adjusting each session to the goals, capabilities and preferences of each client. I use functional training techniques, strength, mobility and endurance, always looking for a balance between physical progress and wellness.

Training Methodology
My workouts combine strength, endurance and mobility exercises. Through an initial evaluation, I adapt the plan to each client, whether it is to improve fitness, lose weight, gain muscle or rehabilitate injuries.

Duration of Training Sessions
Sessions usually last 60 minutes, which allows for a proper warm-up, the main workout and a stretching or recovery phase. I also offer shorter or longer workouts, depending on the client's goals and availability.

Qualifications
With over 5 years of experience, I have helped people of all ages and levels to achieve their goals. In addition to my university studies, I keep up to date with the latest trends in fitness and health.
