About Holly
My name is Holly, I'm seventeen and a main reason why I want to tutor is because I am considering a career as a teacher and I have really enjoyed my time spent teaching and tutoring the younger years in my school. I get a lot of satisfaction in knowing I am helping someone, especially since tutoring is what saved my science grades at GCSE. I aim to keep students comfortable and relaxed and in the ideal working headspace using whatever works best for them.

During my lessons I'll be using a wide range of techniques to keep the student engaged- for instance, using learning websites such as Kahoot and Blooket. The length of a lesson can be flexible depending on your availability, but an average lesson would be anything between half an hour to an hour. I have been learning Spanish for just over five years, and am predicted to achieve around a grade A or above. As I mentioned before, my lessons are for anyone in GCSE age or below :) Unless you're living currently in the UK, tutoring will have to be online, but luckily due to Covid I have a lot of experience and understanding of teaching in that way
