About Iris

I pursued a Bachelor’s in Hispanic Linguistics, and over 6 years of teaching, I have helped learners gain fluency, grammar proficiency, and cultural understanding. I focus on interactive, practical instruction that emphasizes communication, comprehension, and confidence. Each lesson is designed to engage students actively and support their individual learning goals.

I adapt my teaching to student needs, combining conversation, reading, writing, and listening exercises. Students are encouraged to participate, practice consistently, and view mistakes as learning opportunities. My method fosters both skill development and enjoyment of the language.

Outside the classroom, I engage with Spanish literature, media, and culture to bring authentic experiences into lessons. Watching learners progress from hesitant beginners to confident speakers is deeply rewarding. My aim is to help students build lasting fluency, cultural insight, and a lifelong appreciation for the Spanish language.

About the lesson

Spanish lessons become effective when learners actively use language in real-life contexts. I emphasize grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills in a structured yet interactive way. Intermediate learners expand their understanding with idiomatic expressions, grammar refinement, reading comprehension, and intermediate conversation. Advanced students work on fluency, writing accuracy, debates, and media analysis to achieve professional-level communication. Every lesson provides feedback, exercises, and real-world practice to support steady progress and skill mastery.

The goal is to help learners confidently communicate in Spanish, understand cultural nuances, and enjoy the language in practical contexts. Lessons foster fluency, comprehension, and confidence.
