About Caoimhe

I want to teach Spanish to be able to help others who are struggling with the language. Just having done the leaving certificate exams I know exactly what examiners are looking for and what stands out to them in oral work and writing.

About the lesson

Hi everyone! I’m a 19-year-old fluent Spanish speaker looking to take on a few students for Spanish grinds at Junior Cycle or Leaving Cert level.

I’m half Spanish and fluent in the language, and certified with the Institute of Cervantes to proficiency level. I’ve just completed my own Leaving Cert, so the exam format, marking schemes and what examiners are looking for are all very fresh for me.

I can tailor grinds around whatever the student needs, whether that’s:

General help with Spanish
 ️ Oral preparation & conversation practice
 ️ Written work and improving written answers
  Preparing for class texts
  Homework and assignments
  Focusing on specific areas the student is struggling with
  Exam preparation and exam technique
  Building confidence speaking and understanding Spanish

I’m happy to work towards a specific goal or simply help students keep on top of the subject throughout the year.

€30 per hour

Grinds can be in person (at your house, a coffee shop, library etc., depending on location) or online.
