About Rebecca

Hi! My name is Rebecca. I am a sophomore student and tutor. I'm here to be both your friend and teacher. I have been tutoring for the past 3 years. I will ensure that you get the full amount of help and learning you want and need. On top of that, I create a loving and inspiring environment where we will have fun with prizes and games while making sure we're learning in the process. I want to make sure that we can communicate at a level where you feel comfortable coming to me with any problems within the classroom. We can meet in different places including a library, your house, and even over zoom. Depending on the amount of time we have, we will dedicate the first 30-45 minutes to your homework just to confirm that you are in fully understand the assignments you're given within the classroom. Then we will take a 5-10 minute break and start on our worksheets. The worksheets include both problems and notes. No matter what, there will always be an assignment or homework assigned after every session but I'll make it fun and engaging.

About the lesson

I plan to help you through in person and or virtually. We cover subjects that you struggle in within the classroom or just to ensure you are completely set. The first 30-45 minutes of our sessions will be dedicated to homework provided from school. We do three practice worksheets a session. Once the session is over I provide you with an assignment that should be completed by the following session. I believe that a close range of ages will definitely promote a better connection between the tutor and the student. I strive to help students understand their full potential within and outside of the classroom. I provide lessons for students between elementary and middle school.
