About Anna
I am a student at Purdue University and am contracted to serve as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy upon graduation. I am studying Nursing and am working towards achieving my Bachelor's in Nursing. I have completed two semesters of college-level Anatomy and Physiology. I have achieved a 4 on the AP Biology exam and the AP Chemistry exam, and a score of 5 for AP English Literature and AP Comparative Government and Global Politics. I have experience explaining AP Biology concepts to peers. I complete additional classes and training with the Purdue NROTC Unit as part of my officer training.

I approach teaching from the perspective of understanding where the student is currently at and helping them understand the necessary knowledge. I have experience teaching biology concepts to peers.
Each concept the student needs assistance understanding can be broken down into smaller, connectable pieces that once understood form the foundation for additional and more advanced learning.
