About N Elizabeth
I'm Elizabeth, Black Ribbon 2nd Dan in Tae Kwon Do and 4To Dan in Soo Bahk Do. I started my martial practice at the age of 9 and now at 46 I keep training and updating. I just presented in October 2016 in Uruguay the exam for 4th Dan in Soo Bahk Do and the exam of SA BO NIM (Teacher) worldwide. I am registered in Korea in KUKKIWON and in the SOO BAHK DO MOO DUK KWAN WORLD FEDERATION. I have experience in teaching martial art to children from kindergarten to high school and adults.
I am a psychologist and I have a Master in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sports from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain. From this perspective, my students can count on a dignified and respectful treatment as well as psychological counseling if required

I teach the techniques of self defense of the martial art Soo Bahk Do, and of Tae Kwon Do. Students learn personal discipline with values that favor their personal development, their self-esteem, and their safety, in addition to generating excellent physical and emotional skills. Being a certified instructor, my students are validated before the Mexican Federation of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan and in World Moo Duk Kwan
