About Joshua
I've been passionate about mathematics since I was a high-schooler. I believe in pitching sessions so that they provide an achievable challenge. Math isn't easy, but there's nothing like the joy of finally mastering complex concepts!
I'd start by reviewing a few recent homework sets to get a good sense of your current level. From there we'll work together to create a plan to make sure you (or your child!) can meet their goals.

Hi!
I'm Josh, I graduated with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics in 2020. In college I taught at the tutoring center my junior and senior year.
I have 7+ years teaching and tutoring in mathematics, chess, and public speaking. I love working with kids of all ages, but prefer high school and beyond. I am comfortable tutoring any level through college. I particularly love calculus!
I excel at communicating complex concepts simply. I am persistent and patient, it's my firm belief that anyone can succeed in math!
I am currently working in Software Quality for Waymo. Hoping to return to spending a few hours a week teaching and tutoring.
