About Mairo Pedro
I am a Software Engineering graduate from African Leadership University in Kigali, Rwanda, with a 4.40 GPA and over 3 years of intensive hands-on development experience. My strongest stack is Django and Python for backend development, combined with React and Next.js for frontend, and PostgreSQL for databases.
I have built and deployed real-world applications including NephroSasa Rwanda, an AI-powered kidney disease monitoring platform that combines machine learning with a full-stack web application. I understand what it takes to go from zero to a deployed, working product.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical steps. My students leave sessions with working code, not just theory. I am patient, structured, and I adapt my teaching style to match each student's pace and goals.

My sessions are practical and project-based. We don't just read theory, we build real things together. I'm a Software Engineering graduate from African Leadership University with a 4.40 GPA and over 3 years of intensive hands-on development experience. I built NephroSasa Rwanda, an AI-powered healthcare platform using Django, Django REST Framework, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who already knows basics and wants to build a real deployed project, I will meet you where you are. A typical session starts with a quick concept explanation, then we immediately apply it by writing code together.
Topics I cover: Python fundamentals, Django backend development, REST APIs with Django REST Framework, React and Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL databases, and deployment on Render and Vercel. I also teach HTML, CSS, and Node.js for students who want a broader foundation.
By the end of our sessions you will have working projects you can show to employers or clients, not just notes.
