About Sushil

About Me as a Teacher I am a Software Engineer with a deep passion for teaching mathematics in a simple, engaging, and enjoyable way. Over the years, I’ve realized that math doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can actually be fun when concepts are explained clearly and connected to real-life situations. My Teaching Style I believe in making mathematics approachable by focusing on understanding rather than memorization. I use step-by-step explanations, visual aids, real-life examples, and problem-solving techniques that help students build confidence and enjoy the subject. How My Classes Work Each class begins with a quick recap of the previous lesson, followed by a clear explanation of new concepts. Students then solve problems with my guidance, gradually moving towards independent practice. I always ensure time for doubt-clearing and give assignments for better retention. What Makes Me Different I simplify even the toughest concepts so students can grasp them easily. I create a supportive environment where students feel free to ask questions. I focus on building strong fundamentals while also preparing students for board exams and competitive challenges. I bring enthusiasm and energy to every class, making learning interactive and enjoyable. Who My Classes Are For I teach students from Class 6 to Class 12 (NCERT curriculum), especially those preparing for board exams (10th & 12th) or aiming to strengthen their foundation for future studies. My goal is not just to help students score well but to make them truly enjoy mathematics and feel confident in their problem-solving abilities.

My Approach as a Teacher

Teaching Techniques and Methods
I focus on building strong conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. I use real-life examples, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques to make mathematics more engaging. I encourage students to ask questions, explore multiple ways of solving problems, and develop logical thinking.

Class Structure

Introduction (5–10 mins): Recap of the previous lesson and a quick introduction to the new topic.

Concept Explanation (20–30 mins): Detailed explanation using examples, diagrams, and step-by-step methods.

Practice & Application (20–30 mins): Guided practice with problems of increasing difficulty, including NCERT exercises and additional questions for competitive exams.

Doubt Clearing & Summary (10–15 mins): Addressing student queries and summarizing key points.

Assignments: Practice problems for self-study with solutions discussed in the next class.

Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-grasp ideas.

Make math enjoyable through interactive discussions, puzzles, and shortcuts.
