As a developer that became a Manager, I have lived the learning curve of a career, can help anyone become a better programmer at all different levels, from helping with Uni assignments to personal projects or learning new languages.
Flexible over length of sessions and teaching methodology, however, I believe the best way of learning programming is by programming.
