About Kashir

I'm Kashir, a software engineer based in London with professional experience in fintech and banking. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and am currently completing an MSc in Data Science at the University of Hertfordshire.
I've worked with Python, SQL databases, HTML and web technologies in real-world projects — not just academic exercises. That means I can help students understand not only how to pass their exams, but how these skills are actually used in the industry.
I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps. Whether you're a complete beginner who has never written a line of code, a school student preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams, or someone learning to code for a career change — I'll meet you at your level and help you build real confidence.
I believe patience and clear explanation are the most important qualities in a tutor, and I bring both to every session.

About the lesson

I'm a software engineer with 2–3 years of industry experience in fintech and banking, currently completing an MSc in Data Science at the University of Hertfordshire. I teach Python, PostgreSQL and HTML to students at all levels — from complete beginners to GCSE, A-Level and university students.
My lessons are practical and hands-on. Rather than just explaining theory, we write real code together from the first session. I tailor every lesson to your specific goals — whether that's passing an exam, building a project, or learning to code from scratch.
Typical sessions run 60 minutes via video call. I start by understanding where you're struggling, then we work through problems step by step using real examples. Homework and resources are shared after each session so progress continues between lessons.
With a background in Java, Python, React and databases used in real professional environments, I don't just teach textbook answers — I teach you how developers actually think and work.
