About Deepesh
I'm a software developer, specializing in backend web development. I also have interest in information security, low-level (systems) programming, and a bit in theoretical computer science. I'm completely self-taught, with a decade of hands-on experience. Being self-taught also taught me how to learn, and subsequently, how to teach those things to others. It gives the perspective that any student has when exploring a tough to navigate area. With me as your teacher, you can be sure that you're in good company.

I have been told by multiple people that I can teach concepts well. It started with teaching friends and family board games and started growing into full-blown online "tutoring".
Something uncommon you can expect from me is that at the end of our classes, you'll have a very strong foundation, a solid hold at the basics. I won't teach you how to make something, I won't make an example project to guide out lessons, but I'll teach you the concepts in depth. Their history, why they are, why not the alternatives, how they came to be, what's their whole point, etc. I also put a strong emphasis on "mapping out" the concepts in your mind so you understand how everything connects to form a bigger picture.
Rest assured, everything will stay interesting, even with the most mundane topics, because it's mostly the teacher, not the topic, that makes a class bland. You'll learn everything you need to know, plus as much as you *want* to know, while having some fun.
My target audience is anybody above elementary school who wishes to understand some topics, not just half-heartedly learn them to make something, who are curious about things and want to know the hows and whys.
