About Vandana

I am a seasoned management educator with over 10 years of extensive experience in the corporate world. My expertise spans various management domains, making me a versatile and sought-after professional in the field. With a strong foundation in both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, I have successfully bridged the gap between academia and industry, delivering impactful insights to my students and clients alike.

About the lesson

I am a management and soft skills trainer and my job is to help individuals to develop the skills necessary to excel in both personal and professional settings. My teachings are a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical applications, and skill development. I mostly provide brief students engaging lectures on the management topics. As a professional trainer I use real-world examples and case studies to illustrate management concepts. I try to keep my batch size small, giving more access on individual learning.
My educational qualifications, practical experience, and industry knowledge helps me to contribute to effective teaching in the classroom. I have 10+ years of industry experience into different management domains and as a corporate trainer – learning & development. This helps me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, making the learning experience more relevant and valuable. As a soft skills trainer my communication skills plays a crucial job convey complex concepts, theories, and case studies.
My passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed are essential features of a good management teacher. My enthusiasm can be contagious and can inspire students to be more engaged in the learning process. I understand the diverse backgrounds and learning styles of students requires empathy. An approachable demeanor encourages students to seek clarification, ask questions, and actively participate in class discussions.
