About Stephanie
I am bilingual and fluent in both English and French (oral & written), I have a strong understanding of psychology & sociology topics have aided many of my classmates through tutoring. My spelling is impeccable and I put a great degree of effort in educating others.
I have been a Camp Supervisor and Counsellor over the past 5 years and have learned a great deal from understanding children and their limits. I have aided children in striving in different environments and I believe that I can help teach any child that is interested in advancing their education.
I am currently a University Varsity Hockey Player that strives to put my education first.

I believe that explaining the content thoroughly and slowly is more effective in bettering one's understanding of a topic. One's attention span is far too short by nature, therefore breaking up chapters in sections is much more effective.
My lessons can be geared towards any type of student, hyperactive, athletic, being an athlete who has struggled with hyperactivity does allow me to understand when students have reached the wall for the day.
By breaking up lessons into various parts, the student will be able to comprehensively understand the material at the end of the session, and each topic will be revisited at the next session.
I do not believe in quizzes, I do not think it is beneficial to a student to be under the pressure of quizzes. If requested, I will create one.
I believe that each student deserves the attention and help to understand contents clearly, and by dismissing students in the classroom due to a lack of understanding does not fall on the student, but rather the teacher.
