About Josh
With 8 years of experience teaching at the high school level, I am a seasoned educator specializing in social studies.
As a certified AP instructor, I bring expertise in delivering rigorous and advanced coursework. Additionally, I am certified to teach LSU's dual enrollment course in U.S. history, ensuring students receive college-level instruction. Beyond the classroom, I have spent four years tutoring struggling students, providing individualized support and guidance.
Holding a Master's degree in U.S. history from LSU, I possess a deep understanding of the subject matter. Furthermore, my double major in history and theology from Christendom College in Front Royal Virginia reflects my commitment to a well-rounded education.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking with my sons and exploring nature, and immersing myself in trading card games to develop strategic thinking and connection with others.
