About Kinkini
I am a second year PhD student and I have been teaching (topics from social science and management ) to both undergraduate and post graduate students at the University. In addition, I have also worked as a mentor to Year 12 students and school students and guided them in their assignments. I have also taught civics , sociology and history to high school students.

I am social science PhD student and a part time University tutor. I teach organisational behaviour (which draws theories from social science) to both masters and undergraduate students. I have previously taught high school students as well.
I normally prepare slides or make a presentation and then discuss the topic with my students. I note requirements of my students and what they expect out of the sessions and prepare the sessions accordingly. I am flexible, I tend to include videos and studies/ examples from different areas to make my students understand the topic. I also encourage dialogues within my session rather than being a monologue.
