About Nitish

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, supported by valuable industry and corporate experience. Currently working as a Business Development Associate in the renewable energy sector and Power Transmission Sector, I have developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through real-world projects, client interactions, and technical coordination.

Alongside my professional career, I have teaching experience in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Logical Reasoning, where I focus on concept-based, easy-to-understand learning. My teaching approach is practical, structured, and student-centric, helping students build strong fundamentals, improve academic performance, and gain confidence.

Beyond academics, I also guide students in managing personal and study-related challenges such as lack of confidence, stress, and motivation. I support them with effective time management strategies and a positive mindset to overcome obstacles. My goal is to create a supportive and result-oriented learning environment that helps students grow both academically and personally, preparing them for long-term success.

About the lesson

I help students overcome common learning challenges by providing clear, simplified, and practical explanations in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Logical Reasoning. Many students struggle with unclear concepts and rely on rote learning, so I focus on building strong conceptual understanding with step-by-step problem-solving methods. I also address issues like lack of concentration, exam stress, and low confidence by guiding students with effective study techniques and smart exam strategies.

In addition, I support students in improving time management, maintaining consistency, and staying motivated throughout their academic journey. I provide dedicated doubt-solving sessions and create personalized improvement plans to boost performance. My teaching approach is concept-driven, engaging, and result-oriented, while also focusing on overall personal growth, confidence building, and academic success.
