About Maryjane
I'm Ahanonu Maryjane. 24 years of age and a Registered Nurse. I love to share my knowledge with others and am at peace when I have successfully made an impact. I'm open to new and positive ideas. I love receiving feedback especially from my tutees because it helps me know to what extent they understood my teachings. I also see things in a different light and from different points of view from that feedback. I tutor because I love seeing people confident and standing out in a good way wherever they find themselves, and because it also helps broaden my horizon of knowledge.

My teaching methodology is student-centered. I use mnemonics to help my tutee remember what I have taught and cite various examples according to my student's level of understanding. I have been tutoring unofficially (my siblings and their friends, my classmates and course mates) for more than 6 years of my life and have been able to impact positively in their lives. My lessons are for those in their beginner stage of English-learning, those in primary and secondary school classes and I've also tried tutoring those in tertiary institutions
