About Oluwapelumi
My name is Oluwadare, and I am a passionate Mathematics and Chemistry tutor with experience teaching secondary school students and preparing candidates for important examinations such as JAMB and WAEC.
I enjoy teaching because I understand that many students struggle not because they are not intelligent, but because they have not been taught in a clear and patient way. I take pride in breaking down difficult topics into simple, understandable steps and helping students gain confidence in their abilities.
Teaching gives me fulfillment, especially when I see students improve, ask questions confidently, and achieve better academic results. My goal is to support students academically, guide them patiently, and help them reach their full potential through consistent and focused learning.

My teaching approach is student-centered and results-driven. I begin by understanding each student’s current level, strengths, and challenges before designing lessons that suit their pace and learning style.
I explain concepts step by step using simple language, practical examples, and exam-focused methods, especially for Mathematics and Chemistry. I encourage students to ask questions freely and I patiently guide them until they gain full understanding and confidence.
For exam preparation (JAMB, WAEC, and school tests), I focus on frequent practice, past questions, and problem-solving techniques that help students think independently rather than memorize answers.
My goal is not just to help students pass exams, but to help them truly understand the subject, improve consistently, and develop confidence in their academic abilities.
