I have learned rope skipping on my own by practicing every move thousands of times to make it smooth and perfect, so I can teach you as well the basic techniques and footwork skills. I have taught many students and helped them to lose weight, toning muscles, etc. My classes are for all types of people, we will start from the beginning and will lead you to the advanced level.
