My goal at the beginning of each school year is to know my students. Before we even begin curriculum we do activities, that way they know me too. I want to learn about the students I am working with and what their goal is. We will also have mini goals to celebrate along the way.

I will use learning tools that engage the student and make them excited to learn. Making lessons that interest the student is a top priority. Working with the students schedule so they are not overwhelmed with extra curriculars is key also.
