For younger years (Yr 7-9s), I hope to provide a solid foundation for them as it is crucial to have a clear idea of the concepts they learn at that stage so that they can build on it in the future with increasing amounts of information. I will be answering questions, providing resources and guiding and clarify the concepts clearly to students. I truly believe that as students develop and start preparing for GCSEs, they develop their own methods of studying and revising. At this point my teaching methods change slightly as I give them a bit of independence and accommodate to their needs as much as possible by solving and answering their questions.
A typical lesson will be 60 minutes.
I am a sixth-form student and have experience in teaching Yr 7-9s maths and chemistry.
I have decent GCSE qualifications with a total of 9 grade nines and 2 grade 8s. I have achieved grade 9 in all of the above mentioned subjects that I would be offering to teach.
