About Julian
Singing often feels like exposing your inner voice to the world. Having spent 13 years refining my craft alongside a degree from the National University of Singapore, I find that honesty remains the best teacher. My own path started with the same nerves many students feel during their first public performance.
Technique helps sustain that confidence over time. I focus on microphone technique, performance confidence, and genre styling ranging from pop to classical and musical theater. Exam preparation is a specialty for students chasing GCE O or A level results.
Developing belting technique, breathing control, tone, resonance, sight singing, and diction requires patience. Watching a student finally nail a difficult phrasing is the most enjoyable part of my day.
