I m fitness enthusiasts and have been serving in IAF for quite a good time and travelled in every corner of the country. While travelling I observed that 80% indians are not healthy and strong because of improper diet, no exercise routine, work pressure and so on. Which led me to come to a conclusion of sharing my experience and insights on human body fitness and improving its limit

I have been passionate and curious about body and its limits since i m conscious which led me to learn as much as i can about fitness, nutrition and implented that knowledge on my body then to my clients.
