About Shlok

Hello! I am Shlok Patel, a professional Math Educator dedicated to eliminating "Math Anxiety" for students in Grades 8–10. My Qualifications: I am a highly qualified teacher holding a Master of Science (M.Sc) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). I am also currently pursuing my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Mathematics. This strong academic background allows me to explain complex mathematical concepts with precision, clarity, and depth that standard tutors often miss. Why I Teach: I started teaching because I realized that many students hate Math simply because they don't understand the "logic" behind it. My passion is to turn that confusion into confidence. About the lesson

My Teaching Methodology: I believe that students struggle with Math not because they lack ability, but because they lack visualization. I use a "Visual-First" approach, utilizing a digital pen tablet and colorful diagrams to turn abstract numbers and equations into clear, logical concepts. I don't just teach how to solve a problem; I teach why the solution works, ensuring long-term retention over rote memorization. Class Structure: Every student is unique, so I customize my lessons to their specific needs. Diagnostic: We start by identifying knowledge gaps in their current understanding. Visual Explanation: I break down complex topics (like Algebra, Geometry, or Trigonometry) using real-time digital notes. Guided Practice: We solve problems together until the student feels confident to work independently. Who are these classes for?
