About Luis
I have been teaching at the college level since 2018 but I have been a custom dressmaker and tailor since 2011. I am also a freelance textile designer. I’m passionate about craft and design. I have a BFA in textiles and fiber with a concentration in fashion from the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Regardless of your prior knowledge or experience, we will start with the basics of drawing a fashion croquis figure and work our way up to sophisticated illustration and sketching techniques. We can work with a variety of art media or just stick to one according to your needs. I can teach with alcohol design markers, watercolor, gouache, ink, and pencils.
