About Hashim

As I’ve stated before I am a recognized tutor by Purdue University Northwest. I have been a tutor there for nearly three years. I have also been a Supplemental Instructor, meaning I attend lectures as a second source of knowledge and even host my own lectures for anyone who feels they need more assistance. I’ve tutored many students, and the most important thing I’ve learned is that good instructors provide solid frameworks for students to follow, while the best instructors adapt their frameworks to meet the needs of their students. With that I can confidently state that I believe I adapt myself for any student out there who’s willing to ask for help.

About the lesson

I’ve tutored many students at Purdue and I’ve been a TA for multiple courses as well. I have experience working with many different students as well as their different learning styles/preferences. One thing I emphasize is ensuring that students have a solid grasp of the foundational basics they need to know beforehand, as these aren’t easily addressed if they don’t already understand them. Due to this, I go much slower with problems than the average tutor at first. This may be an issue to some but this is the ideology I stand by.
