About Chalres
I teach these courses because I have spent over 10 years working directly in product management, supply chain, and logistics operations, rather than learning them only from theory.
My experience covers real business scenarios such as product requirement discussions, fulfillment and inventory operations, system and process coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Through years of hiring discussions and daily work with graduates and junior staff, I understand where most candidates struggle in applications and interviews.
Based on this experience, I teach core product manager knowledge, supply chain and logistics fundamentals, and practical interview preparation, helping graduates understand what employers actually look for and how to communicate their skills clearly and realistically.

I offer practical, entry-level courses designed for graduates and early-career professionals who want to work in product management, supply chain operations, or logistics operations.
The courses focus on core product manager knowledge (such as requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and basic product thinking), fundamentals of supply chain and logistics operations (including fulfillment flow, inventory concepts, and operational coordination), as well as step-by-step job application and interview preparation.
