Covid 19 pandemic has changed my teaching methodology to be more learner - based. My approach to lessons is to allow learners to take leadership roles in their learning process by being in charge. Taking the role of a facilitator has proven to e more effective in the learning process. Kids easily forget what you tell them but hardly forget what they did. That's my approach.
