My approach is to first analyze the requirement and then depending on the requirement specified, analyze the candidate's profile to customize lessons relevant to the need.
I address students in universities, schools, industry (working in a different domain compared to Computer Science) trying to learn/ use coding language for assignments or changing jobs.
