My teaching methodology bridges the gap between complex human anatomy and everyday movement. As a fourth-year student, I turn abstract physiological concepts into relatable, visual examples. A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan
Warm-up (5 mins): Flashcard review of muscle groups or bones.

Guided Practice (25 mins): Analyzing case studies or past exam questions.
Wrap-up (10 mins): Testing memory retention and identifying weak areas.
