About Mr

I'm a senior full-stack engineer with over five years of experience solving complex technical challenges. My practical background in mathematics, physics, and programming allows me to connect classroom theory to real-world applications, making abstract concepts clear and relevant. Proven Results: I've successfully tutored 30+ students, helping them improve grades by 15-20% on average. Students consistently report better understanding of fundamental concepts and increased confidence in problem-solving. My Approach: I believe every student can excel in STEM when concepts are explained clearly. My patient, methodical teaching adapts to each student's learning style and pace. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than just memorizing formulas. Professional Standards: I maintain strict punctuality, provide structured lessons, and offer detailed progress tracking. My goal is developing problem-solving confidence that serves students throughout their academic and professional careers. Let's unlock your potential in mathematics, science, and technology together.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach:
As a senior engineer, I connect classroom theory to real-world applications - explaining physics through load-shedding solutions, mathematics through coding, and science through everyday technology. My systematic problem-solving approach helps students understand the "why" behind concepts, not just memorize formulas.

Languages & Lessons:
I teach fluently in English and conversational Afrikaans, adapting to each student's preferred communication style.
Each 60-90 minute session includes concept review, hands-on examples, guided practice, and independent exercises. I use digital tools and visual aids to make lessons engaging, providing customized homework with detailed feedback between sessions.

Target Students:
My lessons suit high school students (Grades 8-12) in Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Sciences, and basic Programming. I work particularly well with students who prefer practical examples over pure theory, those preparing for matric exams, and students considering STEM careers.

I also assist first-year university students with mathematics, physics, and introductory programming courses.
