About Sohaib

I am a senior commercial leader with 18+ years of international business experience, having worked across energy, SaaS and industrial technology sectors in 14 countries.

My career spans roles at global organisations including Honeywell UOP, where I delivered $8M USD in annual revenue exceeding targets by 65%, through to leading the full commercial development of an early-stage SaaS venture and founding my own commercial advisory practice.

I hold a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and am trained in Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Richardson Consultative Selling — industry-leading commercial and negotiation methodologies used by the world's top sales organisations.

Throughout my career I have hired professionals at all levels, worked closely with executive recruiters and headhunters, and navigated competitive job markets across multiple sectors and geographies. This gives me genuine insight into what makes a candidate stand out — and what holds them back.

I am passionate about helping professionals unlock their potential and present themselves with clarity, confidence and conviction. Too many talented people undersell themselves because they lack the tools and perspective to communicate their true value. I want to change that.

My background as a senior commercial leader with 18+ years of international business experience across energy, SaaS and industrial technology gives me a unique perspective — I have hired people, been hired myself, and worked with executive recruiters at the highest levels. I know exactly what hiring managers and executive search firms are looking for.
