About Somesh Narayan
Being someone who was on the heavier side as a kid and bullied because of it, fitness became both a passion and a means of escape. It took me many years to perfect my methods and make things simpler for myself though as I never had a trainer. That benefit of my experience and little things learnt throught trial and error is what I can help with.
