When I started my fitness journey by dance and minimal dance workouts, I was extremely overweight and running was something that I could not do. But dance is really a wonderful way to get fit physically as well as mentally. Fitness dancing is inclusive of zumba, bhangra, Bollywood dance and just moves to make us feel confident. I lost around 17 kgs by fitness dancing and would love to help all my students attain fitness levels by dancing.
