About Amelia

As an ex pupil at Nonsuch High School and currently studying Geography at the University of Manchester, I have always had a profound interest in English and thoroughly enjoyed studying it throughout my school career. Therefore I know firsthand how crucial it is for the subject to be viewed creatively in order for a student to flourish. My previous experience as a tutor was also throughly enjoyable and something I have wished to resume since finishing my A-Levels and adjusting to University life.

About the lesson

My lessons will provide an enjoyable and interesting approach to English and I aim to provide my students with methods, that when consistently used, will prove effective and successful. My priority is to cater to each student individually and after an initial lesson, grasp what particular teaching style pertains to them so I am able to make the lesson entertaining as well as educational.
I have previous experience with tuition and I offer my service to 11+, GCSE level and students due to take their A-Levels. The duration of my lessons are contingent on what my student desires but are typically an hour long.
