My teaching methodology varies from class to class, from school to school, as I've worked at many different schools, both primary and secondary... I've had the pleasure to work with special ed kids, and children with multiple disabilities... It always challenges me, and that inspires me to get a rapport with my students first, then talk about group work, and doing things more hands on..showing creativity and knowledge of new skills and solving problems... My aim in the classroom is not to work standing up at the front of class and basically lecturing my students.. I like to focus more on a one on one model where I can give individual advice, knowledge and knew skills ...I like the idea where kids become more active and aware of all their surroundings, and in the classroom they can participate in group activities.
