About Tsholofelo
My name is Tsholofelo Molokeloa, and I am a second-year PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Johannesburg. I have always believed that learning and teaching are fundamental to the success of any society. I also believe that in as much as students benefit from the knowledge of their teachers, it’s also important for teachers to have a teachable spirit. This is mainly because we are all students of life, and no one fully knows everything. That’s why I’m passionate about teaching. Knowing that my experiences with students can also contribute to my growth is what makes me passionate about teaching.

I believe that philosophy is essential to gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, and that it should not be difficult to understand the key messages that all philosophers (past and present) are trying to communicate with us through their work.
That’s why I intend to make learning philosophy fun by not only applying the lessons learned to relatable life experiences, but by also using effective communication (no bombastic words) to ensure that everyone has a deeper understanding of what is being taught. I also intend to create and use memes, short-clip animated videos and other interesting and relatable means to help students gain a critical understanding of the material being taught.
