There needs be a bridge in the knowledge economy, I did teach over half a decade to achieve this objective.
I adopt an individualized procedure in making quantitative subjects easy to understand through introduction, detailed-worked examples (proceeding from the simplest to the most difficult), class activities(quizzes), evaluation/assignments and projects to build-up students' cognitive skills and grades.
