I have been a French teacher and a private tutor for many years. I am happy to provide references. One of my degrees specifically focuses on teaching French to foreigners. I have been doing this for the past 30 years in person in the USA, France and Québec and online.

I am a native speaker from the island of Guadeloupe. I have taught all levels from middle school to college, from French 1 to IB and AP. I adapt to my students interests to make classes more fun. Even if I have a plan, I do not mind going off topic occasionally as long as French is spoken. Laughter, games, short movies, music clips are some of my other tools.
