About the lesson

A typical coaching session is a personalized exchange where your goals and expectations take center stage. We begin by clarifying your needs to define a clear and motivating direction. Then, we explore your challenges and aspirations together through thoughtful questions and attentive listening, using practical tools to structure your thinking. Finally, the session concludes with the development of a tailored action plan, including concrete steps to confidently move toward your objectives. Each session is carefully prepared in advance, with at least one hour dedicated to understanding your unique situation and designing a session that meets your needs.
