About Rahul
My name is Rahul Das or you can call me Piku. I am into fitness from my childhood, used to learn Shotokan martial art. When I was 15, I started working out at the gym. Nearly I have 14 years of experience. Currently, I am pursuing ADVANCE PERSONAL TRAINER PRO from K11. Apart from this, I completed my graduation and post graduation also.
