About David
I am passionate about providing educational equity for all students. I work to customize the teaching and learning process to meet every learner's personalized needs. As a high school and college English teacher, more than 90% of my students reached growth goals. As a principal and instructional leader, I've guided schools at the elementary, middle, and high school levels that have exceeded state expectations for student growth. Let's grow together!

Teaching is a collaborative process and we are in in it together. I provide the structure and plan, and we operate as a team throughout the learning process, including retrieving previous knowledge, comprehension, analytical thinking, and knowledge application. We will learn and deepen our knowledge together, be hands-on, and track our progress collaboratively. And if the student doesn't reach the desired result, then neither do I!
